Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, acidic soil (pH 4.5–6.0) with generous organic matter. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Care Tips

Water consistently after planting- andromeda prefers reliably moist, acidic conditions. Little pruning is needed. Fertilize lightly in spring with an acid fertilizer. Pink Frost has the graceful, nodding, soft pink flower clusters of classic andromeda with the added ornamental value of frosted, variegated foliage. The pink and cream leaf variegation provides outstanding year-round interest in the shaded, acidic garden. Largely pest-free.
