       At Spotswood Greenery, we take great pride in the health of our plants and in our packaging. We understand that adding to your landscape is an investment, and we want you to feel entirely confident in the quality of your purchase. Our warranty is designed to ensure your gardening success from the moment your order arrives.

 

 

Our Healthy on Arrival Guarantee

While we take every precaution to secure our plants for transit, we recognize that occasionally something might go wrong. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our high standards for health and quality, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Reporting a Concern To qualify for a replacement, please notify us via text or email within 3 days of delivery. To help us process your claim efficiently and work towards preventing the issue in the future, please include the following:

  • Clear photos of the plants received.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement plant at no additional cost. Free shipping is included for all replacements under this guarantee. You are not required to return the original plant.

 

 

Our One-Year Alive and Thriving Warranty

We’re in this for the long haul. We want your plants to thrive in their new home, which is why we are excite to begin offering a one-year warranty on every plant we sell which applies to all plants purchased after March 1 2026.

What’s Covered: If your plant doesn't make it through its first year due to health issues it had when it left our nursery, we’ll honor a claim.

Please note: This doesn't cover "tough love" (obvious neglect like forgetting to water it or keeping a sun-lover in a dark closet). We're always happy to give care tips if you're unsure!

How to file a claim: Send us a text or email within one year of your purchase with:

  • Your order confirmation or receipt.

  • A quick note about what happened.

 If your claim is approved, we will send you store credit for the full price of the plant. You can use this to try again with the same species or pick out something entirely new!

Note: While the credit covers the plant,  shipping costs are not included.
