Planting Tips

Plant in well-drained, fertile soil. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball. Provide a sturdy trellis, fence, or arbor. Space 8–10 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep, keeping mulch away from the canes.
