Plant Korean Feather Reed Grass in well-drained soil with full sun to partial shade. Space plants about 2-3 feet apart. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish a deep root system. Once established, it is drought-tolerant. Fertilize in early spring with a balanced fertilizer. Cut back old foliage to the ground in late winter or early spring before new growth appears. Divide clumps every 3-4 years in early spring to maintain vigor.
