Ruby Ribbons® Switch Grass features metallic blue foliage with streaks of red that turns a rich ruby red as the weather cools, providing a striking color change. This variety is ideal for adding seasonal interest to the garden, with its changing colors creating a dynamic landscape feature.

Plant Ruby Ribbons® Switch Grass in full sun for best color. Space plants 2-3 feet apart. Use well-drained soil and water regularly until established. Once established, it is drought-tolerant. Fertilize in early spring with a balanced fertilizer. Cut back old foliage to the ground in late winter or early spring before new growth appears. This grass is hardy in USDA zones 4-9.
