Tuff Stuff® Reblooming Mountain Hydrangea

Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Water deeply and consistently. Blooms on both old and new wood. Prune out dead wood in spring but avoid heavy pruning. Flower color depends on soil pH- acidic produces blue to purple; alkaline produces pink. Fertilize in spring with a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Tuff Stuff® is the original reblooming mountain hydrangea with exceptional cold hardiness, producing lacecap-style flower clusters reliably even in Zone 4. More compact and cold-hardy than bigleaf hydrangeas. Largely pest-free.
