A compact, native evergreen that stays lush and green from top to bottom all year, eliminating the "bare leg" look common in older hedges. It offers excellent disease resistance and structure as a superior, low-maintenance alternative to Boxwood.

Plant Forever Emerald® Inkberry in well-drained, acidic soil with full sun to partial shade. Space plants 3-4 feet apart. Water regularly, especially during dry spells, to establish roots. Fertilize in early spring with an acid-loving plant fertilizer. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and encourage dense growth. Protect from harsh winter winds.
