Snow Angel Windflower

Plant rhizomes or potted plants in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Space 6–8 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly around the base.

Water consistently throughout the growing season. Allow foliage to die back naturally after the spring bloom period before cutting it back. In colder climates, mulch over the planting after the ground freezes to protect the rhizomes through winter. Divide every 3–4 years in early fall or early spring. Largely pest-free. The delicate white flowers in early spring are a cheerful, clean, early-season display that combines beautifully with spring bulbs.
