Cat's Meow Catmint

Plant in average to lean, well-drained to dry soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Lean, dry conditions produce the best, most compact growth.

Water regularly after planting; once established it is highly drought tolerant. Cut back by half after the first flush of bloom to trigger a strong, dense second flush — this step is essential for the best rebloom. Cut to the ground in late fall or early spring. Divide every 3–4 years in spring. Largely pest-free and deer resistant. Cat's Meow is a compact, well-branched catmint with a naturally tidy, mounded habit that requires less cutting back than older varieties to stay neat. The vivid, lavender-blue flower spikes are produced in abundance over a very long season. Outstanding for pollinators.
