Brandywine® Viburnum

Plant in average to moist, well-drained soil. Space 5–7 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly.

Water consistently after planting; once established it tolerates moderate drought. Little pruning is needed- remove dead or crossing branches in early spring. Plant with another viburnum variety for cross-pollination and the best berry display. Fertilize lightly in spring. Brandywine® produces particularly large, showy berries that transition through a remarkable color sequence- pink, then rose, then red- before finally ripening to a glossy blue-black. Outstanding fall foliage color completes the display. Largely pest-free.
