Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly alkaline to neutral soil. Space 4–6 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly.

Care Tips

Water deeply and regularly the first two seasons; moderately drought tolerant once established. Bloomerang® lilacs bloom on old wood in spring and then rebloom on new growth in summer and fall. Prune lightly after the spring bloom if needed to shape. Fertilize lightly in early spring. Bloomerang Ballet™ produces soft, ballet-pink fragrant flowers in spring and again from summer through fall- a particularly graceful and refined color for a reblooming lilac. Remove spent blooms during the rebloom period to encourage continued flowering. Largely pest-free.
