Night Light® Hinoki Cypress

Plant in moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep. Space according to the mature size noted on the plant tag.

Water deeply and regularly after planting; moderate drought tolerance once established but looks best with consistent moisture. The golden foliage with green undertones is most vivid in good light. Little to no pruning is needed to maintain the natural form. If light tidying is desired, do so in early spring. Fertilize lightly in spring with a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Largely pest- and disease-free. A beautiful, slow-growing specimen conifer for year-round interest.
