This purple form of the dwarf Lil' Kim® hibiscus is perfect for containers and smaller gardens. It has the same compact habit but with plum-violet flowers accented by a red eye. The large - up to 3" across - flowers are very striking against the dark, glossy foliage and are held up by very strong stems.

Water consistently after planting; once established it is moderately drought tolerant. Prune in early spring. A sterile variety that does not set seed. Fertilize lightly in spring. Largely pest-free. Lil' Kim® Violet produces rich, purple-violet flowers on a compact, dwarf plant- a vivid, jewel-toned color in a truly small-garden-friendly size. Produced continuously from midsummer through fall.
