Interstella® Andromeda

Plant in moist, well-drained, acidic soil (pH 4.5–6.0) with generous organic matter. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Water consistently after planting- andromeda prefers reliably moist, acidic conditions. Little pruning is needed. Fertilize lightly in spring with an acid fertilizer. Interstella® has a particularly striking, variegated foliage pattern with vivid cream to white margins on deep green leaves- the variegation is bold and eye-catching even when the graceful, nodding, white flower clusters are not in bloom in spring. The evergreen foliage provides year-round interest. Largely pest-free.
