Gnom Juniper

Plant in spring or fall in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade, spacing 2–3 feet apart. Gnom is a very compact, globe-shaped juniper that maintains a naturally dense, rounded form with minimal pruning. It adapts to a wide range of soils including dry and rocky conditions. Dig the planting hole to the same depth as the root ball, water thoroughly, and mulch well.

Minimal pruning is needed to maintain the naturally compact, globe shape. If desired, a light trim in early summer tidies the plant. Very drought tolerant once established. No regular fertilizing needed in average soils. Gnom's perfectly rounded, compact form makes it an excellent accent, edging, or foundation planting element in formal and informal garden settings. Very cold hardy and long-lived with minimal care.
