Cheer Drops® Arborvitae

Plant in moist, well-drained soil. Space 2–3 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep, keeping mulch away from the trunk.

Water deeply and regularly the first 2–3 seasons; once established it is moderately drought tolerant. Cheer Drops® is a compact, globe-shaped arborvitae with a naturally rounded, dense form that requires essentially no pruning to maintain its shape. Fertilize lightly in spring. Monitor for bagworms. The fine-textured, bright green foliage provides year-round structure. An excellent, low-maintenance evergreen for containers, edging, and small-scale formal landscapes. Largely otherwise pest-free.
