Planting Tips

Plant in spring in average, well-drained soil. Tolerates clay, sandy, and lean soils. Space 2–3 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Choose a permanent location.

Care Tips

Water consistently during the first two seasons while roots establish; thereafter very drought tolerant. Do not divide or transplant once established- highly sensitive to root disturbance.
