Arctic Fire® Yellow Red-Osier Dogwood

Plant in moist, well-drained soil. Adaptable to clay, wet, and poor soils. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly.

Water consistently after planting; once established it tolerates moderate drought. For the most vivid yellow stem color, cut one-third of the oldest stems to the ground in late winter each year- the youngest stems are the most colorful. Fertilize lightly in spring. A compact, dwarf selection with vivid yellow stems that provide outstanding winter interest- particularly striking when planted near red-stemmed varieties for a two-toned winter display. Largely pest-free.
