Planting Tips

Plant in average, well-drained soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly around the base.

Care Tips

Water regularly the first season; once established it tolerates moderate drought. Deadhead spent flowers consistently to encourage continued blooming from early summer through fall. Cut back to the ground in late fall or early spring. Divide every 2–3 years in spring, as shasta daisies can become crowded and the center of older clumps tends to die out. Largely pest-free. The bright yellow center and white ray petals are classic and long-lasting as a cut flower.
