Planting Tips

Plant in well-drained soil. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep, keeping mulch away from the canes.

Care Tips

Water deeply and regularly the first season. No deadheading is required for continuous bloom throughout the season. Prune back by one-third in early spring to shape and remove dead wood. Fertilize with a balanced rose fertilizer in spring and midsummer. Knock Out roses are bred for outstanding disease resistance and low maintenance. Monitor for black spot and rose sawfly. One of the most popular and reliable roses ever introduced- the double cherry-red flowers are produced in continuous waves from spring to frost.
