Peachy Knock Out® Rose reads peach from a distance, though the effect comes from shell-pink petals shading to yellow at the center rather than from a peach pigment. Rosa 'Radgor' grows about 3 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide in full sun, hardy from Zone 4 through Zone 11.
Bloom runs from spring through fall. The color is noticeably more intense in the cooler temperatures of spring and fall and softer through the heat of midsummer.
Knock Out roses were bred for disease resistance first. They hold clean foliage through humid summers with no fungicide, bloom continuously without deadheading, and need nothing beyond a hard cutback in early spring. That combination is why they took over the landscape trade.
The habit is mounding, wider than tall, with deep green semi-glossy foliage. Cut back by about a third in early spring. Shipped on its own roots.
