Planting and Care Guide

Planting Tips

Plant in spring or fall in average, well-drained soil, spacing 18–24 inches apart. Plum Dazzled is an exceptional sedum with stunning, plum-purple and green variegated succulent foliage topped by rosy-pink flowers in fall — the combination of variegated foliage and fall flowers makes this one of the most ornamental sedum varieties available. Good drainage is essential.

Care Tips

Cut back to the ground in late fall or early spring. The distinctive, variegated plum and green foliage provides extraordinary all-season interest even before the fall flowers appear. Divide every three to four years in spring. No fertilizing needed in average soils. The unusual variegated foliage makes Plum Dazzled one of the most distinctive sedum varieties available — outstanding as a specimen or in combination with other late-season perennials.
