Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained soil amended with compost. Space 12–15 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly around the base.

Care Tips

Water consistently throughout the season- steady moisture helps maintain the vivid lime-green foliage color. Trim back any winter-damaged or tattered tips in early spring before new growth emerges. Divide every 3–4 years in spring when clumps become crowded. Feed lightly in spring with a balanced fertilizer. Largely pest-free and very low-maintenance. Works beautifully as an edging plant, in containers, or massed as a groundcover in shaded areas.
