Moonshine Yarrow

Plant in average to lean, well-drained to dry soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Lean conditions and good drainage produce the best, most compact plants.

Water regularly after planting; once established it is highly drought tolerant. Deadhead spent flower clusters to extend the bloom period. Cut to the ground in late fall or early spring. Divide every 2–3 years in spring when the center begins to die out. No fertilization needed. Largely pest-free and deer resistant. Moonshine yarrow is prized for its soft, luminous, primrose-yellow flowers and exceptionally fine, silver-gray, aromatic foliage- one of the most refined and elegant of all yarrows.
