Plant in average to lean, well-drained soil. Space 12–15 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Good drainage is essential.

Water regularly after planting; once established it is quite drought tolerant. Deadhead spent flowers for continuous bloom. Shear back midseason if plants become leggy. Cut back in early spring. Fertilize lightly in spring. Largely pest-free and deer resistant. The vivid, punchy pink flowers are bold and long-lasting, produced over a very long season with excellent heat tolerance.
