Pristine Deep Rose Beardtongue

Plant in average to lean, well-drained soil. Space 12–18 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Lean, well-drained soil is important- rich soil reduces hardiness and promotes weak growth.

Water regularly after planting; drought tolerant once established. Deadhead spent spikes to encourage rebloom. Cut back to the basal rosette in late fall. Divide every 3–4 years in spring. Largely pest-free and deer resistant. The deep rose-pink tubular flowers attract hummingbirds and bees and are produced reliably over a long season. A refined, low-maintenance perennial for sunny, well-drained borders.
