Water regularly after planting; once established this native rose is highly adaptable and drought tolerant. Spreads by rhizomes- allow to naturalize or divide to control. Remove any dead canes in early spring. No regular fertilization needed. The simple, clear pink, five-petaled flowers in early summer are beautifully delicate and fragrant.
