Tropicana Hybrid Tea Rose

Plant in spring or fall in fertile, well-drained soil, spacing 24–30 inches apart. Tropicana is a legendary, award-winning hybrid tea rose with vivid, fluorescent coral-orange flowers of an intensity unlike any other rose of its era. The flowers have a fruity fragrance and are produced on long, strong stems excellent for cutting. Dig a wide planting hole, add compost, and water deeply.

Prune in early spring, removing dead wood and reducing canes by about one-third. Deadhead spent blooms for continuous flowering. Fertilize every four to six weeks from spring through late summer.
