Gisella® Clematis

Plant in moist, well-drained, fertile soil. Space 6–8 feet apart. Provide a trellis, fence, or support. Keep the root zone cool and shaded- mulch heavily around the base. Water thoroughly after planting.

Water deeply and consistently throughout the growing season. Gisella® is a Group 2 clematis- prune lightly in late winter, removing only dead or weak stems; avoid cutting back hard. Fertilize in spring and midsummer with a balanced fertilizer. Gisella® produces large, soft, rosy-pink flowers with a warm, luminous glow- an elegant, abundantly blooming clematis with a refined and graceful character. The repeat blooming provides color in spring and again in late summer. Largely pest-free; watch for clematis wilt.
