Planting Tips

Plant in fertile, well-drained soil. Space 3–4 feet apart. Set the crown no more than 1–2 inches below the soil surface. Water thoroughly after planting.

Care Tips

Water deeply and regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead spent flowers. Stake if needed. Remove all foliage in late fall. Do not transplant or divide unless absolutely necessary- Itoh peonies are long-lived and resent disturbance. Fertilize lightly in spring and after flowering. Cora Louise produces very large, white to palest blush flowers with stunning, vivid lavender flares at the base of each petal- a hauntingly beautiful, unique color combination. One of the most beloved and award-winning Itoh peonies. Largely pest-free.
