Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly alkaline to neutral soil. Space 3–4 feet apart- this is a very compact dwarf lilac. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly.

Care Tips

Water deeply and regularly the first two seasons; moderately drought tolerant once established. Prune immediately after flowering- lilacs bloom on old wood and pruning at any other time removes next year's flower buds. Remove spent flower clusters promptly. Little Lady stays naturally compact and requires minimal pruning to maintain its shape. Remove any suckers from the base. Fertilize lightly in early spring. The fragrant, soft pink flowers are produced reliably in spring on a truly dwarf plant well suited to small gardens and containers.
