Caesar's Brother Siberian Iris

Plant with rhizomes at or just below the soil surface in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting.

Water regularly during spring growth and the bloom period. Allow foliage to continue growing through summer after bloom- it replenishes the rhizomes for next year. Cut back in late fall. Divide every 3–4 years in late summer to maintain vigor and bloom quality. Fertilize lightly in early spring. Tolerates wet and clay soils better than bearded iris. Largely pest-free. The deep violet-blue flowers are among the richest in color of all Siberian iris varieties.
