Planting Tips

Plant in lean, well-drained, acidic soil (pH 4.5–6.0). Space 12–18 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting. Excellent drainage is essential.

Care Tips

Water regularly after planting; once established it is quite drought tolerant. Shear lightly after flowering to maintain a compact, tidy form. Do not cut into old, leafless wood. Fertilize lightly in spring with an acid fertilizer. Magda has attractive foliage and flowers in warm tones through the summer to fall bloom season. Largely pest-free and deer resistant. Site with excellent drainage and full sun for best long-term performance.
