Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Space 15–18 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch to retain moisture.

Care Tips

Water consistently throughout the season. Brunnera prefers cool, moist conditions and may go semi-dormant in summer heat and drought- cut back any tatty leaves and the plant will re-flush in cooler weather. Remove spent flower stems. Divide every 4–5 years in spring. Largely pest-free. Jack of Diamonds has exceptionally large, silver-overlaid leaves with a reflective, diamond-like sheen- one of the most dramatically silvery brunnera selections available. The small, forget-me-not-blue flowers in spring are charming above the bold foliage.
