Plant in average, well-drained soil. Space 6–8 inches apart for a groundcover or edging effect. Water thoroughly after planting.

Care Tips

Water regularly after planting; once established it has reasonable drought tolerance. After the main flush of star-shaped blue flowers, shear the plant back lightly to encourage fresh growth and potential rebloom. Divide every 2–3 years in spring or fall to control spread and maintain vigor. Watch for slugs in moist conditions. A fast-spreading, low-growing bellflower that is excellent for the front of a border, edging pathways, or cascading over walls.
