Planting and Care Guide

Planting Tips

Plant in spring or fall in fertile, well-drained soil, spacing 3–4 feet apart. Dig a wide, deep planting hole and amend with compost. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches around the base. Choose a site with good air circulation and avoid shaded or cramped locations — this rose needs room and light to perform at its best.

Care Tips

Prune in early spring, reducing canes by about one-third and removing all dead or weak growth. Deadhead spent blooms promptly to encourage the next flush of flowers. Fertilize every four to six weeks during the growing season. Bring Me Sunshine produces bright yellow blooms that fade to cream at the edges — a cheerful, luminous color in the garden. Good disease resistance makes it relatively easy to maintain.
