Planting Tips

Plant in spring in fertile, well-drained, compost-enriched soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Stake tall flower stems in spring. Water thoroughly after planting.

Care Tips

Water deeply and consistently- do not allow to dry out during active growth. Cut back to side shoots after the main spike finishes for a second flush in late summer. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer through the growing season. Monitor for slugs and powdery mildew. Cut to the ground in late fall.
