Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Space 24–36 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Care Tips

Water consistently throughout the season. Monitor for slugs and snails. Cut back all foliage in late fall after frost. Divide every 4–5 years in spring if desired. Fertilize lightly in spring. Seducer has large, glossy, dark green, nearly solid-colored leaves with a rich, deep luster- exceptionally elegant in its simplicity. The Shadowland® breeding has produced a hosta with exceptional leaf substance and finish. Lavender flowers on tall scapes in summer are attractive.
