Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Space 24–36 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Care Tips

Water consistently throughout the season. Monitor for slugs and snails. Cut back all foliage in late fall after frost. Divide every 4–5 years in spring if desired. Fertilize lightly in spring. Voices in the Wind has large, undulating, blue-green leaves with a distinctive, sculptural quality- the wavy margins and deeply corrugated surface create a dynamic, wind-tossed appearance that is exceptionally ornamental and three-dimensional in the shade garden.
