Plant Tortuga® Juniper in well-drained soil with full sun exposure. Space plants 3-4 feet apart to allow for growth. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Once established, reduce frequency, allowing soil to dry between waterings. Fertilize in early spring with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer. Prune lightly to maintain shape, if desired, but avoid heavy pruning. Protect from extreme cold and wind in winter.
