Planting and Care Guide

Planting Tips

Plant in spring or fall, digging a hole twice as wide as the root ball. Mix a little compost into the backfill soil. Space plants 24–30 inches apart and water thoroughly after planting. Mulch 2–3 inches deep around the base, keeping mulch away from the main stem, to help conserve moisture and protect roots.

Care Tips

This rose is bred to be disease resistant and requires very little fussing. No deadheading is necessary — spent blooms drop cleanly on their own. Fertilize once in early spring with a balanced rose fertilizer. Prune lightly in early spring to remove any dead or crossing branches. Water during extended dry spells, especially in the first season.
