Coral Sunset Peony

Plant in fall (ideally) or early spring in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, spacing 3–4 feet apart. Coral Sunset is one of the most beautiful and sought-after hybrid peonies, with large, cup-shaped flowers that open coral-orange and age through shades of peach, cream, and ivory as the blooms develop — a multi-toned, constantly changing display. Plant with eyes no more than 1–2 inches below soil level.

Stake plants to support the large, heavy flowers. Remove spent blooms. Cut foliage to the ground in fall after frost. Do not divide unless necessary — peonies resent disturbance.
