Planting Tips

Plant in average, well-drained soil. Space 6–8 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly.

Care Tips

Water regularly after planting; moderately drought tolerant once established. Prune by removing one-third of the oldest canes at the base right after flowering- mockorange blooms on old wood and pruning at other times removes next year's flower buds. Fertilize lightly in early spring. Minnesota Snowflake is one of the most cold-hardy mockoranges available, with exceptional fragrance and very full, double white flowers. Outstanding for fragrance gardens in northern climates. Largely pest-free.
