Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained soil. Space 18–24 inches apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch lightly. Good air circulation is important for mildew prevention.

Care Tips

Water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead spent flower clusters to extend bloom and prevent self-seeding. Cut to the ground in late fall or early spring. Divide every 3–4 years in spring. Jeana has outstanding powdery mildew resistance- one of the best of any garden phlox. The small, lavender-pink flowers are produced in large clusters over a very long season and are exceptionally attractive to butterflies. An award-winning, highly disease-resistant, pollinator-magnet phlox.
