Brouwer's Beauty Andromeda

Plant in moist, well-drained, acidic soil (pH 4.5–6.0) enriched with organic matter. Space 4–5 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Water consistently, especially during the first season and summer dry spells. Andromeda has shallow roots that appreciate steady moisture and cool soil. Prune lightly after flowering to remove spent flower clusters and shape as needed. Fertilize in spring with an acid-formulated fertilizer. The chain-like clusters of white flowers in early spring and attractive evergreen foliage make this a four-season standout. Largely pest-free.
