Blanc Double de Coubert Hybrid Rugosa Rose

Plant in spring or fall in well-drained soil, spacing 4–5 feet apart. Blanc Double de Coubert is a classic rugosa rose hybrid with pure white, semi-double flowers and an extraordinary, intensely sweet fragrance. Like all rugosas, it is exceptionally tough and adapts to sandy, poor, and coastal conditions. Minimal soil preparation is needed. Water well at planting.

Prune lightly in early spring to remove dead wood and shape. Rugosas are among the lowest-maintenance roses available — disease resistant, cold-hardy, and virtually self-sufficient.
