Planting Tips

Plant in spring or fall in fertile, well-drained soil, spacing 24–30 inches apart. Sunsprite is one of the most fragrant floribunda roses available, with rich, deep golden-yellow flowers in clusters and a strong, sweet licorice-like fragrance. It is notably disease-resistant and vigorous. Dig a wide planting hole, add compost, and water deeply. Apply mulch. Full sun is essential.

Care Tips

Prune in early spring, removing dead wood and reducing canes by about one-third. Deadhead spent clusters for continuous flowering. Fertilize every four to six weeks. Water consistently at the base. Sunsprite is one of the best yellow floribundas for consistent performance and fragrance — the combination of deep yellow color, powerful fragrance, and excellent disease resistance makes it outstanding among floribundas.
