White flowers bloom on long, slender stems in mid-summer, followed by thimble-shaped seed heads. This native perennial adds a wild, airy texture and movement to naturalized areas.

Plant Tall Thimbleweed in well-drained soil with partial to full sun exposure. Space plants 12-18 inches apart. Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Fertilize with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in early spring. Prune spent flowers to encourage more blooms and cut back foliage in late fall. Protect from strong winds to prevent damage.
