Planting Tips

Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Space 3–4 feet apart. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch 2–3 inches deep.

Care Tips

Water deeply and consistently. Blooms on both old and new wood. Prune out dead wood in spring but avoid heavy pruning. Flower color depends on soil pH- acidic produces blue to purple; alkaline produces pink. Fertilize in spring with a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Tuff Stuff Top Fun® produces fully double, mophead-style flowers- quite different from the lacecap form of other Tuff Stuff types. The fully double flowers are particularly full, lush, and long-lasting. Cold-hardy and reliable with excellent rebloom. Largely pest-free.
